Emmerdale star Dean Andrews posts worrying hospital snap as he sends message amid surgery

Emmerdale star Dean Andrews left fans worried as he took to social media with a snap of himself in hospital. The actor appeared in good spirits as he offered an update after undergoing surgery.

Dean, who is known for playing Will Taylor in the ITV soap, shared a snap from his hospital bed on Thursday (February 22) but he appeared to attempt to reassure his loyal fans by giving a thumbs up to the camera with a soft smile on his face as he remained gowned-up with canulas in his hand.

The 60-year-old shared more details as he captioned the post:"Surgery went well. Very happy to have woken up." He then added: "Many thanks to my surgeon Chris and all the staff."
