Ederson, Ruben Dias, Phil Foden - latest Man City injury news and return dates

Manchester City return to Premier League action this weekend.

City still have four top-flight fixtures remaining this season to try and win the title. Pep Guardiola's side are battling with Arsenal and Liverpool for the title, and are just one point behind the Gunners at the summit with a game in hand.

This weekend will see City host Wolves at the Etihad Stadium as the run-in continues. City also still have to play Fulham, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham before the campaign draws to a close, as well as facing Manchester United in the FA Cup final on May 25.

Guardiola has been forced to deal with several injury concerns throughout his squad throughout the campaign. With a few weeks of the season left to play, City still have some players on the sidelines going into the weekend.

MEN Sport takes a look at City's current injury list and potential return dates ahead of the Premier League clash against Wolves.

Ederson is recovering from a shoulder injury he suffered in the win against Nottingham Forest.

Guardiola was not hopeful of receiving positive news after confirming the goalkeeper would undergo an assessment on Monday. Scans have shown, though, that the injury is not as bad as first feared, and Ederson could return for City before the end of the season.

However, Ederson will not be available to face Wolves this weekend. City are in no hurry to rush the Brazilian back into the line-up, with Stefan Ortega set to deputise in his place.

Potential return date: Fulham (A) - May 11 or Tottenham Hotspur (A) - May 14
