Man City predicted XI vs West Ham as Ederson out and Kevin De Bruyne decision made

Manchester City are gearing up for their final Premier League fixture of the season as they look to become champions of England for a fourth year running.

Pep Guardiola's side will be fancied to claim all three points on Sunday afternoon against West Ham United, taking the title away from Arsenal's grasp in the process.
