Manchester City are gearing up for their final Premier League fixture of the season as they look to become champions of England for a fourth year running.

Pep Guardiola's side will be fancied to claim all three points on Sunday afternoon against West Ham United, taking the title away from Arsenal's grasp in the process.

City took a major step towards the title on Tuesday night after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 and now have the opportunity to finish the job on home soil.

One player the Sky Blues will have to do without is Ederson, who has been ruled out of this weekend and the FA Cup final due to the injury he sustained at Spurs. It means Stefan Ortega will fill in between the sticks in the absence of the Brazilian and will be full of confidence after his crucial save to deny Son Heung-min.

In front of Ortega, Guardiola is likely to keep his back four the same and stick with Kyle Walker at right-back, Manuel Akanji and Ruben Dias in the heart of defence with Josko Gvardiol on the left.

Rodri and Mateo Kovacic are two certainties in midfield, though they may not be joined by Kevin De Bruyne.
