Dylan Tait agrees Hibs transfer exit as permanent Falkirk reunion with John McGlynn lined up

Dyan Tait is set to return to Falkirk on a permanent basis.

The Hibs player spent last season on-loan with the Bairns and Record Sport understands he will return to the Championship new boys on a long-term deal. Tait will terminate his Hibs deal to get back playing regularly. John McGlynn launched his career at Raith Rovers and feels he can get him going again at Falkirk after guiding the Bairns back to the Championship thanks to an unbeaten League One campaign that landed him the PFA Manager of the Year award.

Tait has only made one first-team appearance in his time at Hibs. The rest of the time he has been out on-loan at the likes of Kilmarnock, Arbroath and Hamilton and he's set to follow sacked boss Nick Montgomery out of the door on a permanent basis. Club stalwarts Lewis Stevenson and Paul Hanlon will also depart the Leith club this summer after it was confirmed they won't be offered new deals.
