It never seems to plain sailing for Rangers when they head Dens Park after their latest trip to the Tayside ground was thrown into doubt due to torrential rain in the area.

When the Light Blues made the journey to face Dundee earlier this season the midweek kick off was delayed due to the team bus getting stuck in traffic.

And when the match eventually got going it was stopped due to pyro set off by the travelling fans triggering a smoke alarm which forced the referee to take the players off the pitch.

This time it was the water on the pitch with a couple of pitch inspections taking place before it got the go-ahead. It might not make for a pretty game but Philippe Clement's men will have to get the job done if they are to reclaim top spot in the Premiership.
