Manchester United legend Dimitar Berbatov will be back on screens on Monday night as he takes up a new role with Sky Sports.

The former striker will be on punditry duty for the Premier League clash between Fulham and Brentford on Monday Night Football. Berbatov played 54 time for Fulham, scoring 20 times after leaving United in 2012.

As well as previewing the match, the Bulgarian will be tasked with taking a look back on the weekend’s Premier League action alongside presenter Dave Jones and fellow pundit Jamie Carragher.

After the game, there will be post-match analysis, before a delve into Berbatov’s career. It will be his first appearance on Monday Night Football, although Berbatov has previously been a pundit on Sky’s Super Sunday.

While his exact figure is not known, according to the website Celebrity Net Worth, Berbatov’s worth is around $19.5 million (£15.05m). Most of his wealth has come from his football career, with him starting at CSKA Sofia before retiring in April 2018 after a spell with Indian side Kerela Blasters.
