Man United duo send Ruben Amorim clear message Sir Alex Ferguson will love ahead of new era
Manchester United stars Manuel Ugarte and Bruno Fernandes have sent the perfect message to new manager Ruben Amorim as the 39-year-old begins his new role at the club.
It's been a mixed start to the season for the Manchester club as they sit 13th in the Premier League standings after 11 games. They have won four, drawn three and lost four in the opening weeks of the campaign.
Former manager Erik ten Hag was relieved of his duties at the end of October following their 2-1 loss at the hands of West Ham. Ruud van Nistelrooy was in charge on an interim basis for a run of four games, but Amorim was announced as Ten Hag's successor within a week of his departure.

The Portuguese coach arrived in Manchester on Monday and work is already underway ahead of a busy winter fixture schedule. A number of the players are currently away on international duty and two former Sporting CP stars will have caught the attention of Amorim.
United captain, Fernandes, was at Sporting between 2017 and 2020, but his time at the club did not overlap with Amorim's as the midfielder was signed by United in January 2020, while the manager took charge in March that same year. That being said, Fernandes has already made a statement with a goal in the 80th minute during Portugal's 5-1 Nations League victory over Poland on Friday evening.
Ugarte, who was part of Amorim's Sporting squad prior to his move to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2023, also started the international break in good form. Uruguay secured a narrow 3-2 victory over Colombia overnight and the United
