Daizen Maeda forms unlikely Celtic alliance as he issues Rangers derby reminder

Daizen Maeda says his assist for Jota against Rangers is one of his favourite moments since arriving at the club in January.

And the flying forward has also revealed his unlikely alliance with Josip Juranovic and Greg Taylor has helped him settle into life at Celtic.

Maeda has been a smash hit since his arrival and has helped galvanise a charge that has them on the brink of the Premiership title.

He has eight goals already but it's his running power down the left wing that has made him a key man to Ange Postecoglou.

And that role has seen him strike up formidable partnerships with Taylor and Juranovic, who have rotated in the left-back role behind him.

Speaking in a Twitter Q&A with fans, he named those two as his two favourite teammates as he said: "I communicate a lot with Jura and GT."
