Cuthbert back in Six Nations after 5 years
Wales winger Alex Cuthbert will make his first Six Nations appearance in five years as part of the defending champions' overhauled team for the home match against Scotland.
Responding to a 29-7 opening-round loss in Ireland last weekend, Wales coach Wayne Pivac has also handed a debut to flanker Jac Morgan in a reshaped back row that also features Ross Moriarty, promoted from the bench to replace Aaron Wainwright.
That meant Taine Basham has switched to the blindside in the team which was announced on Thursday.
Josh Adams, a winger deployed at centre against Ireland, is out with a calf injury so Owen Watkin comes into the midfield.
Cuthbert, who takes the place of Johnny McNicholl, is back in the Wales fold after being overlooked by his country for the past three seasons while playing his club rugby in England with Exeter. The winger has since returned to Welsh rugby with the Ospreys.
