Cristiano Ronaldo & Nemanja Matic's sons recreate goal v Chelsea and it's so heartwarming

On Thursday evening, Cristiano Ronaldo was once again Manchester United‘s saviour.

Just two minutes after Marcos Alonso opened the scoring for Chelsea at Old Trafford, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner responded with a brilliant goal of his own.

Ronaldo latched onto a beautiful lofted pass from Nemanja Matic and then rifled the ball past Edouard Mendy on the half volley.

The finish from the 37-year-old was superb and the first touch he produced to setup his 17th Premier League goal of the campaign was arguably even better.

It was a rare positive moment for United fans in what’s otherwise been a miserable season overall.

To make the goal even better, Ronaldo and Matic’s sons have recreated it and the footage – which quickly went viral on Friday evening – is just so heartwarming.
