Cow brings M4 in Cardiff to a standstill
A cow brought the M4 in Cardiff to a standstill on Saturday afternoon as traffic officers worked to bring the animal to safety.
Tailbacks were reported westbound between Junction 32 and Junction 33, and Traffic Wales cameras showed all traffic was at being held at a standstill.
Inrix traffic monitoring system said: "M4 Westbound exit slip road has closed, with slow traffic due to animals on road at J33 A4232 (Cardiff West And Services)."
It took around one hour for the animals to be brought to safety and for traffic flow to return to normal.
