Isaak Davies tucked home a dramatic injury-time winner against Wimbledon to hand Cardiff City - and Brian Barry-Murphy - their first away win of the season.

It looked as though Cardiff would be blunted on their travels again, after the goalless draw away to Port Vale, with the game having ticked into time-added-on with little to write home about in terms of goalmouth action, despite the Bluebirds' largely dominant display.

It wasn't a perfect night, and it looked really hard work at times, with Ollie Tanner having to be taken off before the break with what looks a serious injury.

But the positives outweigh the negatives, that's for sure. Another clean sheet, 10 points in the bank, and City up and running away from home.

Cardiff took control from the first kick of the match, dominating both possession and territory. It was a real wonder that they weren't given an opportunity from 12 yards out to take the lead in the third minute after Steve Seddon scythed down Joel Colwill in the penalty area, but David Rock, after some deliberation, waved away the vociferous appeals from players and visiting fans alike.

Barry-Murphy's men were clearly the more comfortable team, but every now and then the hosts sent them a reminder that they wouldn't have it all their own way at Plough Lane.
