Coronation Street star Paddy Bever has got the support of his former castmates as he shared an update after it was confirmed he'd be leaving the cobbles behind.
The actor took over the role of David Platt's step-son Max Turner from Harry McDermott, who played the role from 2010 but left to continue with his acting studies and explore other opportunities, in a re-casting back in 2021.

The news came out while Paddy was enjoying a break away from the UK and over the weekend, he took to Instagram with some snaps from his sun-soaked trip. Captioning the post, he wrote: "f for friends, p for paradise, m for mosquito."
And the soap star's Corrie pals were quick to respond. Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt in the ITV soap, replied: "You’re so LUXURY." Abi Webster star Sally Carman-Duttine gushed: "H for hottie!" Betsy Swain star Sydney Martin commented: "oh you are glowing," while Dee-Dee Bailey actress Channique Sterling-Brown simply commented love heart eyes emojis.
