Coronation Street spolier videos for next week as Sarah get a surprise and Chesney stunned by Gemma's actions with blast from past

Sarah Barlow's in for a surprise next week in Coronation Street after she found out who the real father of her unborn child is. In recent days viewers of the ITV soap have seen Sarah rail at her uncle Stephen Reid after she found her torn-up paternity test results amongst his belongings - which were being thrown out of his flat by Tim Metcalfe.

He eventually talked her around and convinced her to open the results before fans saw Sarah break down in tears, suggesting it wasn't her husband Adam Barlow who'd fathered her baby but instead her fling Damon Hay. However, Adam had already asked for another copy of the results to be sent and when he opened them, he was quick to apologise to Sarah for doubting her.

Seeing her uncle Stephen, the Underworld manager admitted to being confused at how both letters gave different results. Her then blase uncle then shared how he'd wondered if Adam would fall for it, admitting he had doctored the new letter.

But with Adam believing he's the father, Sarah has gone along with it but was horrified to find a dozen missed calls from Damon on her phone after he was forced to flee the street. And next week, there's a gender reveal party on the cards.

But with more missed calls from Damon, Sarah’s on edge and she’s also freaked by Adam’s cagey behaviour. However, her uncle Stephen Reid tells her not to worry and let's slip that Adam is just planning a surprise gender reveal.
