Coronation Street's Stephen Reid star Todd Boyce delighted as he reveals next major job after soap

Coronation Street star Todd Boyce has revealed his two next big gigs after leaving the show. The actor returned to the small screen in the ITV soap last year, reprising the role of Stephen 15 years after he was last seen on the famous street, and 26 years after making his debut in the role of Audrey Roberts' son.

When he made his sudden return in 2022, Stephen had appeared to arrive in the nick of time as Audrey found herself in trouble, having got stuck underneath a model scooter in the barbers after her drinking got a bit out of hand - despite her family's attempts at an intervention.

But the true intentions behind his trip back to Weatherfield from Milan soon became clear as he set about fleecing his own mother. with the broke businessman's finances in a dire state. While he did get away with stealing some money via the equity on his mother's home, the move was almost exposed by Leo Thompkins before he accidentally killed him in a scuffle.

However, his further murders were definitely not an accident and he's stopped at nothing to get his hands on some cash, bumping anyone off who gets in his way. Now though, with Leo's body having been found and questions being asked, Stephen is trying to figure out who caught him down by the canal, fishing around for the car roof box he dumped with Teddy's dead body inside.

And Stephen's reign of terror reaches a dramatic climax on the cobbles next week in the nail-biting final chapter of this thrilling storyline which begins on Monday, October 9. Whether he escapes justice or finally pays for his crimes, one thing is for sure actor
