Coronation Street's Peter Barlow to be 'changed' with drink demons returning as character wants him to 'pay'
Coronation Street star Chris Gascoyne has said Peter Barlow will be 'changed' after killing Stephen Reid. The Weatherfield cabbie had been on the businessman's case after discovering he spiked his wife Carla Connor with LSD before he then stole nearly £250,000 from the Underworld accounts.

Then, in Friday night's episode of the ITV soap (October 13), viewers saw a desperate Stephen was cornered in the Rovers Return by partner Jenny Connor and Sarah Barlow and we saw him bash his niece over the head with a bottle.
