Coronation Street fans have shared a fresh theory on what has really happened to Lauren Bolton after Bobby Crawford's 'shenanigans' caused heartbreak for Carla Connor. As fans of the ITV soap know, it was Bobby who first signalled Lauren had disappeared back in February.
The teenager hasn't been seen in Weatherfield for several weeks after being sacked from her job at Roy's Rolls by Roy Cropper. The cafe owner later visited her with her wages and some extra cash to tide her over.
But soon after, the teen was visited at home by a mystery person who viewers never got to see and she hasn't been seen in Weatherfield since as new love interest and Carla Connor's nephew Bobby found her flat unlocked and eerily empty.

He reported her as missing to the police but the case really began in to her disappearance after blood was found in the precinct flat she was residing in and when it was confirmed as being Lauren's, the missing persons case became a murder probe.
And it was Lauren's former boss Roy who quickly became DS Lisa Swain's prime suspect after it emerged he was the last person to see her alive and his fingerprints were then found on a condom wrapper in the flat after he misguidedly gave it a deep clean to help sub-letter Evelyn Plummer.
Roy has since been charged with Lauren's murder and was later refused bail following a scuffle with one of the many internet sleuths who have been targeting him over Lauren's possible death.
