Coronation Street fans 'work out' Rob Donovan's plan and who's in on it as it’s 'going to get dark'
Coronation Street fans think they have 'worked out' Rob Donovan's plan - and he's not acting alone. The murderer has only been back on the scene for a week but he's already causing problems for his existing family on the cobbles.
Last week, Carla Connor's nephew Bobby Crawford was seen kickstarting a train of events that has now brought Rob back into Carla's life after several years. Carla's younger sibling, and the former fiancé of Tracy Barlow, is currently in prison after being handed a life sentence for the murder of Tina McIntyre.
But after it was revealed that Carla needs a kidney transplant, Bobby, who is Rob's son Bobby visited his dad in the hope he'd be willing to help Carla and get tested in the hope he'd be a match and donate a kidney to his older sibling.
However, his dad was less than welcoming and open to what Bobby had to say, as he accused him of abandoning him and listened to Carla about what really happened with Tina, but he still professes his innocence. However, Rob later called Bobby and revealed he'd had a change of heart and confirmed that he was willing to consider being a donor for his sister.
Earlier this week, Carla prepared for a procedure, in which a tube would be fitted so she could have dialysis at home, Bobby again sloped off and paid his dad another visit in prison.
Rob claimed that he wanted to help his sister and make amends for the past after finding religion during his time behind bars but their conversation was interrupted when new inmate Matty Radcliffe caused a scene in the jail's visiting room, pulling out a knife and taking a female prison guard in his arms.
As the tense stand-off escalated, he then used Bobby as a hostage and threatened him too. But Rob seemingly found the
