Commonwealth Games guide: Canada wins 14 more medals, plus who to watch Wednesday

After capturing a dozen medals yesterday at the Commonwealth Games, Canada found another gear by piling up 14, including six gold, today in Scotland.

Gymnast Felix Dolci led the charge with two more golds and a bronze, while hammer thrower Camryn Rogers, swimmer Kylie Masse and weightlifters Maude Charron and Charlotte Simoneau also topped the podium.

Dolci finished his Games with four gold and six total medals after winning the men's vault and horizontal bar events today and adding a bronze in the parallel bars. He previously won gold in the rings and team events and took silver in the all-around. Sixteen-year-old Lia-Monica Fontaine won bronze in the women's balance beam for her fourth medal and William Émard added a bronze in the men's horizontal bar as Canada's gymnasts finished with a Games-high 16 medals, including seven gold.

Camryn Rogers's record-setting hammer throw win headlines 14-medal day for Canada

Rogers, the reigning Olympic and world champion in the women's hammer throw, broke her own Games record with a toss of 74.91 metres to easily win her second straight Commonwealth gold.
