Christopher Nkunku has established himself as one of the hottest properties on the market after a stunning season in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig.
The French international has revived a career that was undeniably flatlining while at Paris Saint-Germain, who happily bid farewell to the 24-year-old but could be left to regret their mistake in the years to come. Across all competitions last term, Nkunku netted an outrageous 35 goals and as a result forced his way into the international fold and Didier Deschamps' plans.
Reflecting on a stunning effort last term, Nkunku has admitted he is flattered by interest from a whole host of Premier League clubs including the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea. Arsenal also harboured interest in Nkunku during Unai Emery's reign as manager, but a deal failed to materialise.
While there is demand for Nkunku in just about every major European league, England now seems like the forward's most likely next step. United's new manager Erik ten Hag is thought to be in the market for a player who can revamp the Red Devils forward-line.
