A family's Christmas has been left in tatters after callous thieves reportedly made off with two cars, a handbag, and all the gifts under the Christmas tree.

Phillip reported that approximately £1,500 worth of items were stolen from beneath the Christmas tree while his in-laws slept upstairs. His mother-in-law's handbag, containing car and house keys, was also taken.
