Prospective new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has laid out his plans for Stamford Bridge should he purchase the club.
The development of the stadium is one of the key factors in any takeover offer and could swing the decision in favour of the successful bidder. It comes as rival bidders are believed to be angry at the prospect of the Ricketts consortium allegedly getting favoured treatment in the buying process.
Meanwhile, Timo Werner was signed by the Blues in 2020 and was seen by many as a major coup given Premier League rivals Liverpool were interested in his services. But Werner's time at Stamford Bridge has not gone to plan and the German has spoken out about his future in west London.
