Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been labelled "one of the worst things to happen to English football" following his decision to sell the club.

Abramovich has put the club up for sale following Russia's invasion of neighbouring Ukraine.

And now former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has slammed the Chelsea owner for what he has done to the Premier League.

It comes as Roman Abramovich's two demands from prospective owners has been revealed.

Dominic Raab has criticised Chelsea fans who chanted the name of Russian owner Roman Abramovich during a minutes' applause for victims of the war in Ukraine.

The applause was held ahead of all Premier League games this weekend but a minority of Chelsea fans undermined the gesture ahead of the side's encounter against Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.

The chants were swiftly condemned by coach Thomas Tuchel following the game, and Chelsea fan Raab has also criticised the fans who decided to take part in them as well.
