Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has had his say on the uncertainty that surrounds Chelsea.
On Thursday morning it was announced that Roman Abramovich was added to the UK governments Russia sanctions list on Thursday morning, meaning his assets have been frozen.
How this affects Chelsea is that they will to continue functioning with restrictions under a special sporting licence that is due to expire at the end of May.
And if the club are unable to get out of the current situation and eventually find their way into administration, the west Londoners could face a possible nine points deduction, which would have huge ramifications in the top-four race.
