Keep up to date with the latest injury news in Casualty Ward, this week including updates on St Helens and Hull KR.

Saints prop Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook will be sidelined for up to five weeks after suffering a fractured cheekbone. The 36-year-old missed the club’s 26-18 victory over Hull KR on Sunday at the Totally Wicked Stadium. Head coach Kristian Woolf confirmed the news following the match.

The Black and Whites fell to a 36-8 defeat in Perpignan on Saturday, their seventh defeat of the season.

Hodgson said: “Carlos had to come off with a potential Achilles, we don’t know yet.”

The Hull boss said the full extent of the injury would be revealed after a hospital assessment.

Full-back Jake Connor has been ruled out for an extended period of time due to a medial ligament injury.
