Cardiff City welcome Birmingham City to a scorching hot Welsh capital today in the early Championship kick-off.

The Bluebirds will hope to get back to winning ways after they relinquished an early lead to lose 2-1 at Reading last weekend following an opening-day victory over Norwich City.

The clash comes after a chastening midweek cup defeat by League One side Portsmouth, too, so Steve Morison will be hoping to get a little bit of momentum back after a tough week of results.
