Cardiff City press conference live as Omer Riza issues manager search update

Omer Riza will speak to Cardiff City fans for the first time as interim manager this afternoon following Erol Bulut's dismissal last weekend.

The club pulled the trigger on Bulut's time as manager following a winless start to the 2024/25 Championship campaign, a run which sees them rooted to the bottom of the table.

Riza will oversee first-team proceedings until a permanent manager is appointed, starting with Hull City this weekend before games against Millwall and Bristol City take us into the international break.

Riza will likely give fans an update on the latest with regards to the manager's position and, given he is high in the bookmakers' odds lists, his own thoughts on getting the job on a more permanent basis.
