Businesses whose websites work on Tilda cannot connect monobank services

During the last year, one of the most developed Ukrainian banks, monobank, stopped connecting acquiring services to new businesses that use Tilda, the Russian website builder. The bank's decision was approved as a part of the campaign to enhance National Cybersecurity and create an IT space independent of Russian technologies.   “We do understand the importance of providing information safety for our clients, which is why we deliberately decided to stop using products that have connections with the Russian market. It is our policy, and it will not change, even depending on the size of these products’ audience in Ukraine. Even now, we constantly get requests in support about connecting to acquiring websites created on Tilda. Our response doesn’t change.”, — claims Eduard Bondarenko, acquiring project manager in monobank.   Tilda website owners are refused to connect acquiring services from monobank, but they are offered an alternative Ukrainian solution.
