Bury Old Road shuts with police and paramedics on scene
Police closed off a stretch of a main road in Prestwich this morning after a man 'suffered a medical episode'.
Part of Bury Old Road was closed in both directions. It was shut near The Woodthorpe pub.
Police officers and paramedics were on the scene. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said a man had suffered a medical episode on the scene.

Officers are assisting paramedics. Traffic was being diverted away from the area before the road reopened at around 9am.
