Bolton Wanderers have their first home game of the new League One season when the Whites host Wycombe this afternoon.

The Whites got their campaign up and running last weekend on the road with a draw against Ipswich Town. Aaron Morley's penalty was cancelled out by Lee Evans' strike.

But a point on the road against one of the sides expected to challenge at the top end of League One this season was undoubtedly a positive one. Wanderers will be aiming to build upon that this afternoon.

Wanderers host the Chairboys at the University of Bolton Stadium for their first home game of the campaign. Wanderers take on last season's defeated League One play-off finalists.

Gareth Ainsworth's side did the double over Bolton last season and Wanderers will be keen to avoid that happening again. Wycombe are the very early League One leaders thanks to their opening day win over Burton Albion.

Today will be a special day for the hosts, not only with it being the first home game of the season, but a new Fan Zone being open for business at the University of Bolton Stadium. It will provide a space for supporters to gather and socialise both before and after matches.
