BBC The One Show star 'having words' with Roman Kemp after his holiday warning

Roman Kemp was left sharing a warning with fans as he gave an update from his holiday. The One Show host has, quite literally, been left red-faced he forgot to top up on SPF during his holiday to Montenegro.

Taking to Instagram, Roman uploaded a beaming snap of himself enjoying a boat trip, but as fans swiped through the carousel of images, Roman's face got increasingly red.

Captioning the post, the TV and radio presenter warned: "A slideshow of why you should wear SPF in Montenegro," in the message shared with his 1.4 million followers.

Roman's The One Show co-host Alex Jones was quick to respond, writing: "We are gonna have a chat next week," before adding a crying laughing emoji. "I remember my first holiday," teased Roman's former Capital colleague Sonny Jay, as his former co-host Sian Welby joined in: "You thinking you're harder than the actual sun."

And the 31-year-old's famous parents, Shirlie and Martin Kemp, were less than impressed at the snaps too, with the latter simply writing: "Ouch!!!" while his mum fumed: "OMG" with an angry face emoji.

It comes after Roman has been seen enjoying a summer of sun having previously spent time in Puglia, Italy, before heading to Montenegro. He had previously travelled to Germany to follow England on their Euro 2024 journey which ended in another heartbreaking defeat.
