BBC Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier left 'panicked' by Tess Daly move

Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier and his dance partner Dianne Buswell have said they were left 'panicked' by Tess Daly's move during the last results show. The EastEnders star was seen performing an American smooth to Ghost Of You by 5 Seconds Of Summer during week eight of the BBC One dance contest.

But while the emotional routine got praise from Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood wasn't quite as convinced. After sharing his praise, Anton pre-empted what his co-star would pick fault with as he told Bobby, who plays Freddie Slater in the BBC One soap, that Craig would likely have an issue with his hands - and he was quickly proven correct.

He went on about the "problem" with Bobby's hands before describing them as "spatulas". and Strictly fans were unimpressed by the comments and what they believed to be a constant 'underscoring' of Bobby and Dianne. However, it appears Bobby wasn't too phased by the comments or the score of 32 which placed them middle of the leaderboard.

However, he has now revealed what he was slightly phased by. Appearing on Strictly spin-off It Takes Two on Thursday (November 16), host Janette Manrara mentioned how his and Dianne's names were again left until last as co-presenter Tess Daly revealed who had made it through to this Saturday's Blackpool special and who was facing the dreaded dance-off.

"Because that’s happened twice now, I thought surely not, Tess ain’t going to do this to us again. We must be in the bottom two right," he explained. Australian dancer Dianne agreed, saying: "Yeah we were panicking."
