BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Jowita Przytal says 'it's not right' as she defends Pete Wicks after death threats
Jowita Przystal has jumped to Pete Wicks' defence and said 'it's not ok' after he faced death threats. The reality star and podcast host is currently taking part in Strictly Come Dancing alongside the professional dancer.
The pair recently made it through to the quarter-final of the BBC One dance contest's 2024 series, to which Pete admitted his shock as he noted he wasn't the best dancer left in the competition.
Speaking on Strictly spin-off It Takes Two following his last performance in the ballroom, Pete said it was the "biggest shock" he'd had so far in the competition and that he wondered whether there had been a mix-up. He said: "I thought I was going since week one, so every week is a surprise but that was probably the biggest shock out of the lot!"

But Pete recently revealed he'd been subject to death threats as a results of his continued time in Strictly's 20th-anniversary series. Addressing it while speaking to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show on Thursday (November 28), the presenter exclaimed: "For goodness sake, Pete, it's ridiculous!"
He replied, "It's mad because it's a light entertainment show. Some people take it very, very seriously, but I'm used to it. I've had it for years doing all sorts of different television."
Lorraine interrupted the former TOWIE star saying being on TV doesn't mean that kind of b acklash is right, with Jowita also heard saying: "It's not right," as she shook her head. Then addressing the dancer, Lorraine then asked: "I bet you get angry on his behalf?"
