BBC Strictly Come Dancing's JB Gill declares love as he earns 'win' weeks after final as he makes 'history'
JB Gill has shared his love for all the support he has received so far, having finished the string of first Strictly Come Dancing live shows on a win.
The JLS star is no stranger to touring as he's regularly hit the road with his bandmates Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and Oritse Williams. But this time, JB is dancing in front of the nation after making it all the way to the final of Strictly's 2024 series in December.
As fans of the BBC One dance contest know, JB had an interesting time on the show having been partnered with Amy Dowden at the start of the series in September before an injury forced her out of the competition following the show's Halloween special with fellow pro Lauren Oakley stepping in.
JB and Lauren went on to compete in the grand final of Strictly in December where they lost out on lifting the Glitterball trophy to eventual winners Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell.
But now, JB has reunited with both Lauren and Amy as they make history on the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour 2025 as the first trio. JB previously told the MailOnline of the change: "Act One I dance with Amy, in Act Two I dance with Lauren. We do actually dance together throughout some of the group dances too.
"I always like setting records, it's amazing to be a trio because I get to dance with two incredible women and to be able to come back and perform the dances we loved live is a great feeling."
And it's already paying off as after a string of shows in Birmingham to kickstart the tour, with opening night taking place on Friday (January 17), JB, Lauren and Amy were crowned winners of one of the show's.
