BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara says 'wish me luck' as she confirms huge move with Aljaz Skorjanec

Janette Manrara asked fans to 'wish her luck' as she gave a candid glimpse into getting back into the swing of mum life after touring with her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars before revealing some big news.

As fans will already know, Janette and her husband Aljaz Skorjanec have been travelling up and down the country in recent weeks after they signed up to the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour.

The hit dance show's popular tour saw fans of the BBC One dance contest flock to arenas across the country for the string of 35 shows which ran from January 17 until the last show of the 2025 tour took place last Sunday night (February 9).

But while on the road, Janette admitted it had been a bit of a mission for her and Aljaz to organise due to now having their daughter, Lyra Rose, in tow. Now, Janette and Aljaz are back home with their little one but have revealed it's all change again as they're not giving themselves much time to rest.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (February 11), Janette revealed she hadn't had much sleep due to Lyra waking at regular intervals, She told her followers: "The 18-month regression is real! And I love how she wakes up like nothing's happened. Until four in the morning... yay!"

The former Strictly pro-turned-It Takes Two host then posted a follow-up video in which she revealed: "Excuse the state... So basically last night, I know there's an 18 month [sleep] regression, but last night was my first time home with her in a few days because we were doing the Strictly Live tour and she was here with her Grandma and Grandpa who were amazing looking after her.
