BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara reveals 'first-ever' with daughter after emotional milestone

Janette Manrara couldn't have looked happier as she shared an adorable 'first' with her daughter. The presenter and dancer took to social media to reveal that little Lyra Rose was already appearing to follow in her mum and dad's footsteps.

Janette and her husband Aljaz Skorjanec took the one-year-old to her first ballet class and shared the results on social media. Taking to Instagram, Janette shared an adorable photo of their baby girl full of joy as she sported a pink dress and tutu with a pair of daisy sunglasses.

Aljaz, who is returning to Strictly Come Dancing as a pro this year, also proudly filmed Janette as she appeared in her element alongside Lyra who was playing with bubbles and enjoying a dance with her doting mum.

Captioning the happy update, Janette wrote: "First ever ballet class today with @babyballetworld and it was a huge success. The coolest little ballerina in town."

It comes after Janette shared an exciting update on her next big career move. The dancer and presenter previously announced she will release her very first book later this year.
