BBC Strictly Come Dancing's James Bye shows off gruesome training injury as he shares how tan will be written into EastEnders

Strictly Come Dancing star James Bye has shown off the gruesome injury he has picked up during rehearsals. The EastEnders actor is currently preparing for week three on the BBC One dance show alongside professional partner Amy Dowden.

The couple are currently preparing for their upcoming dance routine in which James will be taking on the role of Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy.
