BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Ellie Leach says she's 'trying' as she embraces new look after praise for supporting former co-star
Ellie Leach said she was 'trying' as she tried embracing a new look after showing her support for one of her former Strictly Come Dancing co-stars.
As fans already know, the actress competed and won the 2023 run of the hit dance show alongside professional dance partner Vito Coppola. They emerged victorious during the 21st series of the BBC One dance contest after seeing off stiff competition from Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin and Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell in a rare three-couple final.
Actress Ellie, who was famed for playing Faye Windass in Coronation Street, has since been seen supporting Vito as he got a new dance partner for the 2024 series in Sarah Hadland, as well as her fellow former Strictly co-stars.
Over the weekend, she was seen heading to watch the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour as it arrived for a string of shows at Manchester's AO arena and has also given Dianne Buswell a boost with her first-ever clothing collection.
Dianne, who was crowned Strictly's most recent champion alongside comedian Chris McCausland, recently revealed that she was branching out away from the ballroom as she confirmed her first collaboration with online fashion brand In The Style. Her first collection includes matching active and comfy looks with the brand’s best-selling sculpt and control leggings and unitards alongside its ever-popular split hem leggings and flares.
And Ellie has been seen rocking pieces from the range and shared a video of her styling the different items in an Instagram Reel. Captioning the post, the former soap star wrote: "GRWM styling the new @inthestyle X Fits. X @diannebuswell. Obsessed with the new collection and soooo proud of you @diannebuswell."
