Aston Villa tipped to complete double transfer as Steven Gerrard eyes more deals

Aston Villa have quickly gone about their business in the transfer market this summer.

Steven Gerrard ’s side have already signed four players on permanent deal as the Villa boss looks to improve his squad. Robin Olsen and Philippe Coutinho have both made their loan moves permanent, while defensive midfielder Boubacar Kamara and centre-back Diego Carlos are high-quality additions to the team.

However, it seems there may still be a few more deals to come before the start of the season. It has been reported that Gerrard may still want to add a left-back, midfielder and striker before Villa ’s pre-season gets underway next month.
