Arsenal 'target' Man City star Kalvin Phillips and other transfer rumours
Manchester City are braced for interest from Arsenal in England midfielder Kalvin Phillips, according to reports.
Phillips, 27, signed for the Premier League champions from Leeds United last summer. However, the midfielder has struggled to secure regular game time since that £45million switch.

Sport Witness relays a report from Argentine outlet TyC Sports and insists a ‘decision has been made’ regarding City's interest in the teenager. It is stated that City intend to sign Barco in January and loan him out to a Championship club in order to gain experience in English football. The report claims that Barco’s contract, which runs until December 2024, includes a $10m release clause. However,
