Arrest after motorway horror smash leaves woman and three children seriously hurt

A woman and three children are in hospital with serious injuries following a horror smash on the M66.

In an update, GMP said a 38-year-old woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries, which are believed to be life-threatening.
