It's one of three back-to-back events taking place at the venue, with Daresbury Festival on Saturday, June 22 and a yet to be announced family event on Sunday, June 23.

Tickets have already been flying out for the Friday and Saturday - which is billed as 'a boutique festival of house, disco and happiness' and has doubled in capacity after last year's sell-out debut event.

Among the line-up at Daresbury Festival is Soul II Soul, Craig Charles, K-Klass live featuring Bobbi, Allister Whitehead and Rowetta.

A spokesperson for the events said: "Last year's Daresbury Festival was a massive success and sold out completely. That's why we've doubled capacity this year.

"We've also added the Friday night with the tribute acts and that's been really well received, the response has been fantastic.

"We get people coming from Manchester and Liverpool and we've got a great mix of bands that will suit musical tastes across the north west."

Could Be Real, which also includes tributes to Queen, ABBA and Fleetwood Mac, takes place from 4.30pm to 10pm and is for ages 14 plus. Anyone under 18 needs accompanying by an adult. Tickets, from £14, can be booked online.

Daresbury Festival runs from 2pm to 10pm and is for ages 18 and over.
