Manchester United return to Premier League action tonight when they host Chelsea at Old Trafford.

On Saturday, the defeat to Newcastle was particularly damning due to the manner of it. United were thoroughly second best and to only lose 1-0 was a small blessing for the Reds. Goalkeeper - Andre Onana

The Cameroon international survived a couple of nervy moments at St James' Park in an improved display. United fans are clearly sticking with their first choice.

Defenders - Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Raphael Varane, Luke Shaw

A common theme among United supporters is their urge to see Varane make a return to the starting line-up. Ten Hag is unconvinced about the duo of Maguire and Varane so the Frenchman's recall seems unlikely. Shaw featured at centre-back on Saturday and unsurprisingly was one of the better performers. But the fans have decided to move him to his preferred left-back role.

Midfielders - Kobbie Mainoo, Bruno Fernandes, Scott McTominay

McTominay struggled to deal with Joelinton at the weekend but his recent performances perhaps allowed him to survive a dip. Mainoo remains a promising addition and the supporters will hope he is not rested like in Turkey last week. Fernandes meanwhile keeps his place and is one of Ten Hag's undroppables.
