Ange responds to emotional Celtic punter's love letter as Tottenham boss reveals Parkhead quip he tells everyone

Ange Postecoglou says Celtic are a club that should be on everyone's football priority list as he responded to one fan's emotional goodbye message.

The Australian left Parkhead in the summer after two glorious year at the Hoops, where he won five out of six domestic trophies available. It earned him the admiration of Tottenham supremo Daniel Levy who swooped in to make him the North London club's boss ahead of a tumultuous summer which saw Harry Kane's departure.

He's been nominated for Premier League Manager of the Month after Angeball's high-octane start to life in England which has included a 2-0 win over Manchester United. Postecoglou appeared on talkSPORT and host Jim White delivered him an emotional message from a Celtic fan. It read: "I want to dislike Ange because he left us but I understand it. I just can't dislike him, he's an absolute class act listening to him and thanks to Ange for everything in his time at Celtic."

And Postecoglou put his former club in the highest regard as he reflected on his two-year stay. The Aussie responded: "It was a magical time for me. I have gone from managing one of the most famous football clubs in the world to managing one of the biggest.

"I am living the dream and my two years at Celtic, I don't need to tell people that, it will stay with me forever and mainly because of the supporters. It was a magical couple of years there.

"I keep saying to everyone, if you have a bucket list of clubs you want to be involved with, Celtic would be right at the top of that list."
