Ange quips Celtic are his 'ex' as witty Tottenham boss can't close Parkhead return door with cryptic prophecy
Ange Postecoglou has quipped his old clubs such as Celtic are like 'exes' but that he can't say for sure if he would never return.
The exciting Australian has romped the early stages of his Tottenham Hotspur adventure after saying sayonara to Celtic and the Treble-winning success he left in his wake. "I feel like whenever I've left, I've left on the back of success and I like to leave that memory as it is. I just don't think there's any real purpose... I wouldn't see myself going back anywhere I've been but who knows?"
It came after the Spurs boss was asked: "No one likes to be reunited with an ex, especially when your ex is with someone now that you hate, but are you hopeful Spurs fans won't show hostility towards Mauricio Pochettino?"
He responded: "Jeez that is a lot to take in. Thankfully those sort of days are well past me. I think your reference is to Mauricio right? Look, it is undoubted that he had an unbelievable impact on this football club. All
