Fraser Forster has branded Ange Postecoglou the 'most incredible talker' ever and reckons he could be a motivational speaker.

The former Celtic boss is making the headlines for all the right reasons south of the border after landing the top job at Tottenham. He signed off from Glasgow with a Treble under his belt and five domestic trophies from a possible six but it was his man management and relentless hard working, attacking sides that caught the eye in Scotland. That has translated to his Spurs set-up and pundits from close to home and afar have had their tongues wagging over his approach.

The North London outfit suffered a poor campaign last time around and lost skipper Harry Kane to Bayern Munich in the summer but that has not stopped Postecoglou and his troops. They are are currently fifth in the English Premier League standings - just two points behind Aston Villa in fourth and seven adrift of league leaders Liverpool after 23 matches. There is no European football at Spurs this season but they are on course to secure that for next term with all focus on the league after League Cup and FA Cup exits.

Forster, who is behind first choice Guglielmo Vicario in the pecking order, has been awe struck by just how good his new boss has been and says the way he has got the squad together as one big family, whether you are starting every week or in the non-playing squad is paying off with everyone pushing in the same direction.
