All the key developments planned for Greater Manchester this week

It is a quiet week for developments in Greater Manchester, with very few significant applications being put before councils.

In Rochdale plans for two supported living complexes to help reduce homelessness are set to be decided next week.

Eccles could soon have a new tower block filled with affordable homes, if the Peel Green area plans are approved. This would see 42 new affordable homes created in the area.
