MAFS UK's Jay Howard 'not scared anymore' in love update after Luke Worley split

Married at First Sight UK star Jay Howard has said she's no longer 'scared' of dating as she offered an update on where she stands with Luke Worsley a year on from tying the knot. The pair took part in the E4 reality show last year.

Jay, who hails from Accrington, Lancashire, said 'I Do' with fellow singleton Luke without having ever met before they walked down the aisle. The pair were much-loved by the show's viewers but their time on the show came to an abrupt and emotional end.

The show's dating experts - Paul Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling - were seen the informing couple they had to leave the experiment after Luke started a row with co-star Jordan Gayle. In the dramatic scenes, Luke banged on Jordan and wife Erica Roberts’ door and immediately stepped into his flat, grabbing his co-star in a messy confrontation.

But Jay and Luke's relationship was already looking unsteady and, despite ending filming for the show and heading on holiday together, their romance didn't last in the outside world.

Following the first reunion airing last year at the end of the series, a number of Married at First Sight's 2023 stars have since been seen reuniting again with Jay seen getting emotional about her time on the show while also butting heads with Jordan again over his past beef with Luke.
