Alex Gorrin attracts Premiership and EFL transfer interest but midfielder won't pen Dundee deal

Alex Gorrin is attracting interest from the Scottish Premiership and England.

The midfielder remains a free agent after leaving Forest Green Rovers in the summer. The 31-year-old did pre-season with Dundee where he impressed in Poland. Dundee manager Tony Docherty couldn’t guarantee him regular first-team action and so he decided to try his luck elsewhere. The Spaniard, who came through the ranks at Tenerife and Sunderland, is currently weighing up his options before he decides his next move.

He can sign outside of the window as he is still without a club. Gorrin had a successful stint at Motherwell before he moved on to Oxford United. He hasn’t closed the door on a return to Scotland. He has also had spells at Wellington Phoenix, Boavista and Sepsi.
