AEW Dynamite Results: CM Punk victorious as he pursues pretty platinum.

Last night’s AEW Dynamite featured a stacked card that saw the likes of CM Punk, Adam Cole, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Leyla Hirsch, and many more.Plus, The Jericho Appreciation society’s Daniel Garcia and Chris Jericho took on The Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds in a huge main event.

CM Punk def Dax Harwood-CM Punk returned to make his first appearance on TBS since his huge victory in a bloodbath dog collar match with MJF at Revolution. Punk looked to continue his momentum by dispatching The Pinnacle and FTR’s Dax Harwood.

The two demonstrated a fine display of old-school technical wrestling with both men having a response for whatever the other threw at them.

Harwood got some good offence in on Punk and even took control of the match in moments hitting punk with a slingshot powerbomb, but an unbreakable Anaconda Vice from The Best In The World forced Harwood to tap out.

Post-match saw Punk indicate to the fans that he had one thing on his mind now and that was to capture AEW gold as he made a gesture around his waist.

The Hardys, Darby Allin and Sting def Private Party, The Butcher and The Blade.

The rivalry between The Hardys, Darby Allin, Sting, and The AFO intensified as these eight men collided in a wild tornado 8-man brawl.

The match was filled with what you would expect with a bout involving Jeff Hardy and Darby Allin. From Matt Hardy being double side-effected off the stage by Private Party to Darby Allin being tossed down some stairs by The Butcher, the brutality of this match was evident.

As the match continued, Jeff Hardy executed a huge Swanton Bomb off a ledge, putting both Butcher and Blade through tables.

The closing moments of the match saw a Twist of Fate and Scorpion Deathdrop in stereo
